Marked a significant milestone as the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). The ceremony was led by Mr. Muhammad Amir Jan, Executive Director of NAVTTC along with his team. ABAD's Chairman Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Ahmed Owais Thanvi, Convener Vocational Training Program Committee Suleman Saleem and other esteemed ABAD members were also present. This strategic partnership aims to foster collaboration and exchange of best practices in vocational and technical training, ultimately benefiting Pakistan's construction industry.

A meeting of the Infrastructure Sector Committee, constituted under the Business Facilitation and Coordination Committee (BFCC), was held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the Sindh Secretariat. The meeting was chaired by Mr Saeed Ghani, Honorable Minister for Local Government, Sindh. Representing the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) were Chairman Mr. M. Hassan Bakshi and Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, who attended the meeting to discuss key infrastructure development issues and facilitate business growth in the region.

A high-profile meeting took place at ABAD House today, February 11, 2025, Chairman NAB Lt. Gen. (R) Nazir Ahmed Butt, DG NAB Sindh Mr. Javed Akbar Riaz and other NAB officials visited ABAD House.
The delegation was warmly received by Chairman ABAD Mr. Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, Senior Vice Chairman Mr. Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Mr. Ahmed Owais Thanvi and Vice Chairman Hyderabad Sub-Region Mr. Abdullah Jaan.
The meeting saw a large turnout of ABAD members, including former chairmen Mr. Mohsin Shaikhani, Mr. Hanif Gauhar, Mr. Asif Sumsum, Mr. Anwar Gagai, Mr. Junaid Ashraf Taloo, along with *EC & RC members and prominent ABAD members.

A delegation from ABAD, led by Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, held a meeting with the Director General of Malir Development Authority, M. Saeed Jumani, at his office. During the meeting, ABAD members discussed issues related to land encroachments and the completion of infrastructure works for their members.
