A meeting regarding the Demolition Committee for Dangerous/Vulnerable Buildings in District Kemari was held on July 23, 2025, at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Kemari, Karachi. Mr. Tariq Aziz, Vice Chairman ABAD and Eng. Danish Bin Rauf, Former Chairman (SR), attended the meeting on behalf of ABAD.

A Joint Meeting of Developers, Legal Committee, Board of Revenue (BOR) was held on Saturday, 12th July 2025, at ABAD House to discuss issues related to Block Entries by BOR. The meeting was chaired by Senior Vice Chairman Mr. Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, and Mr. Ibrahim S. Habib, Convener of the Legal Committee. Syed Khursheed Alam (Scheme Development), Mr. Ataul Khabeer, and other committee members were also in attendance.

Anwar Gagai, Convener of ABAD’s Guarantee Committee, Co-convener Mr. Syed Shahid Khairi and Mr. Rameez Ghaziani, along with other members of the Guarantee Committee, were present. Mr. Tariq Aziz, Vice Chairman of ABAD, also attended the meeting.

An Agreement Signing Ceremony was held today between Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) and National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) to launch a joint industry-led training program aimed at equipping youth with practical, demand-driven skills for the construction sector.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Hassan Bakshi, Chairman - ABAD, Dr. Fida Bazai, Director General - NAVTTC Sindh, and Mr. Suleman Saleem, Convener Vocational Training Programs Committee - ABAD. This collaboration marks a significant step toward bridging the gap between industry needs and skilled workforce development.
