A high-level Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of ABAD was held on Saturday, 28th June 2025, at ABAD House. The meeting was attended by Chairman ABAD Mr. Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, along with Senior Vice Chairman Mr. Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Mr. Ahmed Owais Thanvi, Former Chairmen Mr. Altaf Tai, Mr. Anwer Gagai, Mr. Junaid Ashraf Taloo, and other esteemed members of ABAD.

On June 25, 2025, Brigadier Mansoor Janjua, COO of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), visited ABAD House for a meeting with ABAD Members. The meeting was attended by Chairman ABAD Mr. Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Mr. Ahmed Owais Thanvi and EC&RC Members of ABAD.
The agenda includes Investment opportunities in PCBDDA's flagship projects, including CBD Walton and NSIT, through Joint ventures, Outright sales, Plot value adjustment against built-up units and Flexible installment options.

A meeting of the Builders and Developers regarding the Submission of Data to NAB official has been arranged at ABAD House on Monday 23rd June, 2025- The meeting was Chaired by Mr. M. Hassan Bakshi, Chairman ABAD as well as the office bearers & Convener & Co-Convener of the Committee.

Senior Vice Chairman ABAD, Mr. Syed Afzal Hameed, and Vice Chairman, Mr. Tariq Aziz are presenting the ABAD's Shield and ABAD monthly magazine "Shelter" to DIG East Karachi Police Dr. Farrukh Lanjar during a meeting at his office on Friday 20 June 2025. They discuss law and order situation in Karachi, particularly issues related to the encroachment of public thoroughfares.

On June 18, 2025, a delegation from ABAD led by Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, accompanied by Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Owais Thanvi, Former Senior Vice Chairman Ibrahim Habib, Former Vice Chairman Nadeem Jeewa, Former Chairman SR Danish Bin Rauf, Co-Convener Law & Order Sub Committee Moiz Zaidi, Senior ABAD Member Younus Lakhani, EC&RC members and Prominent ABAD members visited Central Jail Karachi to assess prisoners facilities.
SSP Central Jail Mr. Abdul Kareem Abbasi, welcomed the ABAD delegation and facilitated their visit.
The ABAD delegation's visit aimed to evaluate the living conditions and facilities for prisoners in the jail.

A meeting was held at the Sindh Building Control Authority Head Office in Karachi, where Director General SBCA Mr. Ishaq Khoro engaged in discussions with Chairman ABAD MR. Mohammed Hassan Bakshi. Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, VIce Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz Former Chairman Mr. Anwer Ok, Convener of the SBCA Sub-Committee Mr. Suffiyan Adhia, issues related to land encroachments and completion of infrastructure works for ABAD members.

A meeting of the SBCA Committee was held at ABAD House on Tuesday, 3rd June 2025, to discuss and address concerns faced by ABAD members. The meeting was attended by Mr. Fayyaz Ilyas, Former Chairman of ABAD, along with the office bearers of ABAD. Mr. Sufiyan Adhia, Convener of the SBCA Sub-Committee, and other members were also present.
