Senior Vice Chairman of ABAD Syed Afzal Hameed & Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, along with other ABAD members, met Director General KDA Asif Jan Siddiqui at his office. The meeting focused on digitalizing KDA land records, addressing illegal encroachments, and discussing measures to prevent land grabbing.

A delegation from International Consultant – DAR Al-Handasah, led by Mr. David Gundry, Head Design Unit & Principal Urban Planner, along with his team, visited ABAD House for an important meeting regarding the Greater Karachi Master Plan 2047. The meeting was attended by Chairman ABAD Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region Ahmed Owais Thanvi, along with members of ABAD. The discussion focused on strategic planning and collaborative efforts for the sustainable development and future infrastructure of Karachi under the Master Plan 2047 initiative.

ABAD Chairman Mohammed Hassan Bakshi led a delegation to meet Consul General of the Republic of China Mr. Yang Yundong, at the Chinese Consulate in Karachi. During the meeting Chairman Hassan Bakshi expressed interest in attending the Canton Fair Exhibition in China the following week. He also extended an invitation to the Consul General to visit ABAD House, meet members, and share insights on business opportunities in China and Pakistan. The meeting was also attended by Chairman (SR) Ahmed Owais Thanvi, Abdul Ghaffar and Moiz Saqib.

A delegation from ABAD, led by Chairman Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, met with IG Prisons Sindh Mr. Fida Hussain Mastoi, at his office. The delegation included Vice Chairman Mr. Tariq Aziz, Chairman (Southern Region) Mr. Ahmed Owais Thanvi, Mr. Nasir Lakhani, Dr. Hani, Usman Khanani, Abdul Ghaffar & Other senior members of ABAD. Notably, senior member Mr. Younus Lakhani generously donated 100 computers to support prisoners' empowerment and rehabilitation.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) and the Saudi Pakistan Business Council (SPBC) to enhance economic cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. In the pictures, Senior Vice Chairman ABAD Syed Afzal Hameed and Vice Chairman SPBC Muhammad Abdulaziz Al-Jalaan are signing the MoU, while Vice Chairman ABAD Tariq Aziz and Chairman Southern Region Ahmed Owais Thanvi are also present on the occasion. The meeting was held under the leadership of Prince Mansoor bin Muhammad Al Saud.
