A meeting was held at Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) House on April 13, 2026. with a one-point agenda regarding the recent amendment in Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) bylaws, specifically concerning additional parking in public sale projects.

The session was chaired by Chairman ABAD Mohammed Hassan Bakshi along with Senior Vice chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, Chairman (SR) Ahmed Owais Thanvi, Former Chairman Altaf Tai and Convener of the SBCA Sub-Committee, Mustafa Sheikhani. Committee members and other ABAD members actively participated in the discussion, sharing constructive recommendations to ensure practical and effective regulatory improvements.
