Participants from Building Electrician and Plumber/Pipe Fitter trades demonstrated their hands-on expertise, technical understanding, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The assessment reflected the program’s strong focus on competency-based training aligned with real construction industry requirements.
Through such industry-integrated evaluations, ABAD and NAVTTC continue to bridge the gap between training and employment, preparing a skilled, confident, and job-ready workforce for Pakistan’s growing construction sector.
