The Licensing Committee held a meeting at the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) Office on September 3, 2026, to discuss the grant of licences to professional/ builders & developers.
The meeting was chaired by ABAD Chairman Southern Region Ahmed Owais Thanvi, with ABAD SBCA Sub-Committee Convener Mustafa Shaikhani in attendance.
